I was tasked with completely redoing the Prudential.com navigation taxonomy following the acquisition of AssuranceIQ and the introduction of a new healthcare product.
I launched a survey to a targeted customer segment to understand what they valued at that arc of their lives—creating a weighted ranked list of our product categories for that customer segment.
I also conducted card sorting exercises with users to tighten up the third-level navigation information architecture.

I was involved in early conversations and research for Prudential's new design system. I conducted interviews with (in-house and distributed) design and development teams across the organization to prioritize features for the MVP.
I also conducted usability testing of the design system with designers and developers.
Prudential was primed and positioned well to compete with long-term yet liquid investment accounts like Goldman Sachs Marcus and Betterment.
I designed and evaluated the payments flow to fund the SIA account, focusing on funding, bank redirects, and error handling (and a weird mail-in edge case).
